While
we try our very best to avoid late shipments, and we regret
any inconvenience that results from shipping delays, we
are not responsible for late shipments due to delays by
third party carriers. You should contact
us directly if your order has not arrived within the
time-frame promised when you placed your order. Please be
aware that shipments can be delayed if we encounter problems
processing your credit card. If we anticipate a delay due
to payment processing problems or due to being out-of-stock,
we will attempt to contact you by phone as well as by email
as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product Packaging or Containers have been unopened
- Containers have not been damaged (other than that caused
by our shipment to you)
- A copy of our receipt or other proof of purchase from
Nordecor is provided
- The return is within 30 days from original purchase
- It is not Special Order, Custom Order, or Clearance Sale
merchandise
- Refunds are credited to the same Credit Card account used
for the original purchase.
If you feel we should accept a return of your purchase
when there is an exception to the
above rules, you should contact us directly. We may make
an exception but we are not
obligated to do so.
Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping returned
merchandise. You may
ask us to arrange for return shipping. A 15% restocking
fee plus the shipping costs are
charged.
However, if a return is necessary due to merchandise that
arrives in a condition that is
unacceptable to you, you must contact us directly. We will
arrange the return shipping
for you and will either provide a full refund of the damaged
portion of the order, or
replace the merchandise at your request.
